Quality Policy

The superior goal of OBR CTM S.A. is to build trust and satisfaction of our Customers and to constantly confirm our credibility trough realizing research projects and services focused on state defense and security in accordance with customers’ requirements and expected level of quality.

The Integrated Quality Management System has been implemented to guarantee high quality of the projects carried out. It is based on the PN-EN ISO 9001:2009 Standard and NATO publication AQAP 2110:2009 comprising: the PN-EN ISO/ IEC 17025:2005 Standard for Management of Research Laboratories, the PN-EN 45011:2000 Standard for Product Certification, testing and compliance verification of products for State defence and security applications and pursuant to the Ministry of National Defence Decree of 19.03.2007 and Internal Control System in accordance with applicable laws.

Quality Management Policy at OBR CTM S.A. is focused on:

• continual quality improvement of research, development, implementation and manufacturing works in the domain of State defence and security applications pertinent to systems for: ship and shore command (C3I), radiocommunication, underwater weapons, surveillance and antiterrorist protection of ships and harbours' infrastructure, passive ship defence and marine navigation - at par with the world trends in science and technology;
• equal and uniform access of our Clients to statutory activities and intellectual, research and manufacturing resources;
• impartial and credible research and certification services;
• effective competition on domestic and international markets for achievement of business prosperity and assurance of the Company's development;
• assurance of safe international relations through controls of trade in goods, technologies and services;
• constant improvement of implemented Integrated Quality Management System;
• improvement of personnel qualifications attained through training and exchange of experience with domestic and international research and scientific centers.

Implemented principles of the quality assurance are observed by employees with an ambition of rendering services at par with the state of the art.
