Currently CTM’s staff consists of 200 employees, 70% of whom are R&D personnel, designers and engineers (including 18 holders of a scientific degree).

CTM makes use of its own laboratories equipped with stands and installations which are unique in many respects.

Owing to the staff and laboratory potential it was possible to set up the Research Laboratory and Product Certification Body. Both are accredited with the Polish Research and Certification Centre.

Customers

CTM’s activities are centered mainly on research and implementation programs carried out in the field of modern maritime technologies, as well as other technologies related to national security and defence.

R&D projects are carried out at requirements by the Polish Navy placed directly with CTM or indirectly through cooperation with other organizations executing contracts for the Navy.

For the recent years CTM has extended its offer to the Air Force, the Army, and other governmental organizations such as the Border Guard and the Police.

Our research and design capabilities are also employed by industries, mostly in the maritime area.
