SCOT integrates sensors, effectors, and shipboard systems, enabling effective planning, execution, and assessment of combat missions, as well as continuous support for the commander’s decision-making process. The system provides acquisition, processing, and fusion of data from multiple onboard and external sources, enabling the development and visualization of the current tactical situation. It supports reconnaissance, identification, and threat assessment in the maritime environment, while simultaneously monitoring vessel maneuvering parameters and navigational safety.

The SCOT architecture is based on modular and scalable solutions, allowing flexible system configuration and adaptation to different classes and types of vessels. Operation is carried out using multifunctional operator consoles and large-format displays, ensuring ergonomic and intuitive information presentation.

The system is characterized by high reliability and availability through the use of redundancy, distributed data processing, and integrated management and maintenance tools. SCOT also enables the processing of information at different classification levels, including NATO Secret and Confidential, providing a comprehensive solution for modern combat vessels.
