GDPR Information

The protection of personal data constitutes an important element of the activities of the Research and Development Centre – Marine Technology Centre S.A. We fulfil the obligations arising from the GDPR in a transparent and lawful manner, ensuring appropriate information security and supervision over data processing activities. As part of the applied data protection principles, information clauses are in place that describe the principles of data processing in situations related to the operation of OBR CTM S.A., including with regard to visitors, contractors, and persons corresponding with the Company. These documents constitute the fulfilment of the obligations set out in Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR.

The principles of personal data processing when using the website, including information on technical data, external services, and users’ rights, are described in detail in the Privacy Policy, while information on the cookies used and related technologies is provided in a separate Cookies Policy.
