Reporting of Legal Breaches and Protection of Whistleblowers

OBR CTM S.A. enables the reporting of breaches of law in accordance with the Act of 14 June 2024 on the Protection of Whistleblowers. The purpose of the adopted procedure is to ensure a secure and confidential channel for reporting breaches and to protect whistleblowers against retaliatory actions. A whistleblower may include, among others, an employee, former employee, associate, trainee, intern, job applicant, as well as a contractor or any other person professionally associated with OBR CTM S.A. Reports may concern acts or omissions that are unlawful, in particular in areas such as corruption, public procurement, personal data protection, security of ICT systems, environmental protection, or the financial interests of the State Treasury and the European Union. Anonymous reports are not subject to consideration.

OBR CTM S.A. ensures the confidentiality of whistleblower data and provides information on the receipt of reports and on any follow-up actions taken. Reports completed in accordance with the applicable template should be submitted by e-mail to: sygnalisci@ctm.gdynia.pl.
