Marcin Wiśniewski
A graduate of Gdańsk University of Technology and postgraduate studies in leadership psychology at the University of Gdańsk. He combines engineering precision with a modern approach to management, fostering an environment conducive to the development of both technology and people.
He has been associated with CTM for many years, co-creating key command and control and communication systems for the Polish Navy. His experience brings together the perspectives of an engineer and a leader, enabling the effective development of CTM’s technological potential and strengthening national competencies in innovation and maritime security.
